At only the young age of 23, Alexis has been dubbed “the lash goddess”. Starting her career journey in 2014 after successfully graduating high school, she found herself unsure of what exactly she wanted to do. After much contemplation and research, Alexis found her self attending the Gary Manuel AVEDA Institute in the downtown Seattle neighborhood of Capitol Hill. She chose this school because of the institute’s wonderful reputation, genuine mission statement, and profound vision of the beauty industry; where she learned from the best of the best. A good hard working 7 months Alexis completed the Esthetics course from GMAI and took a lash extensions training course the very next day from one of her talented instructors (now best friend) and got certified to do lash extensions. Having no intention on lash extensions be her main focus, Alexis found that she was becoming more passionate about it and made it her career focus.
In 2016 after solo practice doing lashes, she landed her first real salon position being a lash artist in the beautiful and quiet town of Mercer Island where she worked on news cast members, football player’s wives and women CEO’s. Later down the road she then found her self joining forces with the lovely ladies of Flourish Beauty where she provides her lash magic 3 days a week.
Having an eye for meticulous work and quality lashes, Alexis’ ability to achieve healthy, long lasting, and beautiful lash extensions (whether you’re going for a more natural look or voluminous look, maybe even something in between) leads her to be one of the many sought out lash artist’s in the greater Seattle area. She as well recently extended her lash services down south in Tacoma, in a cozy and quiet natural nail bar and skin studio called Charme, where she resides 2 days a week.
Alexis’ vision of her career future includes taking a microblading course, providing other certified beauty professionals with lash training and certifications and someday open up her very own lash lounge.
Meanwhile when she’s not slaying lashes and making others feel and look their best, she enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, family, friends and her two fur babies Gus and Luna (aka the tuna). You may also find Alexis at MOPOP Seattle, Easy Street Records and Café or somewhere out adventuring a national forest.
