Charme Natural Nails Studio cannot guarantee availability to guests without a reservation. Call our studio or book online HERE. A credit card is required for all appointments. If you have a Gift Card, we will still require a credit card on file to hold the appointment. You may use your Gift Card at check out after your service is completed. NO CARD ON FILE, NO APPOINTMENT.
CANCELLATION:
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without a 24 hour notice, we’re often unable to fill the vacancy resulting in a substantial financial impact to the business.
We require at minimum a 24 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equaling to 100% of the scheduled services. Multiple services or groups require at minimum a 48 hours notice.
No shows may result in paying for future services in advance.
CHILDREN:
Children are welcome to enjoy services at Charme Natural Nails Studio. Children without appointments are not permitted as the salon as it is not a safe or suitable environment for them.
CELL PHONES:
At Charme Natural Nails Studio, we require the fullest attention of our guests to assure your safety, ensure a favorable service outcome, support employee productivity, and maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Mobile devices must be silenced and stored.
LATE ARRIVALS:
We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of 100% of the service price.
DUTY TO INFORM:
Charme Natural Nails Studio will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE NOTICE:
In Washington, state law prohibits salon professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with nails/skin abnormalities of any kind. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcome to return.
GUARANTEES:
Charme Natural Nails Studio does not guarantee the longevity of polished nails (gel or regular) as it is dependent on the client’s lifestyle and maintenance.
ACRYLIC/DIP MANICURES:
We are a natural nails studio, therefore we do not provide acrylic/fake nails services, including “Dip Powder". If you currently have acrylic/dip nails, they need to be removed PRIOR to your appointment.
We will not be able to accommodate your services and you will be charged for 100% of services booked.
TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS:
Travel appointments cannot be booked online. You must email or call the studio to book. Services must be paid 48 hours in advance.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these policies.
