Same great nail services, in the comfort of your home

CharmeParty_08.jpg

If you love our nail services, have you ever considered receiving those very same services in the convenience of your own home? Or at your office? (Or WHEREVER you would prefer to get your nails lookin’ right?!)

I visit all types of clients for a multitude of reasons: on bed rest, in a wheelchair, elderly, no means of transportation, pregnant, super busy, or even lazy (no shame in the lazy game, sometimes we just want things done as conveniently as possible!), whatever your reason is, our diabetic friendly nail services can be done however our client is most comfortable whether that’s on the couch, in bed, at the dining room table, etc.

Here’s the scoop: the nail services cost the same as they would in studio, we simply add a travel fee that’s calculated based on wherever you need us to go. Easy right? Okay, there is one minor caveat… if you need us after hours or on weekends, we do increase the service prices as well.

Now I’m sure you’re wondering what this “travel fee” is all about? Travel appointments cost us more because we aren’t just in the studio waiting for our next client to arrive… and we need to be paid for that. Basically, we have to account for our gas to get wherever you are, the time it takes to arrive there (including traffic depending on the time of day and location), time to pack and unpack everything needed to give you the same great experience as you’d get in our studio, insurance, unforeseen circumstances, etc. Make sense?

I’m a numbers person, so if you’re anything like me, you’re probably curious what those costs actually look like… “break down the numbers!” Within Tacoma, we require a minimum of $75 in services in order to travel to you, and then a travel fee of -- let’s just say -- $95 is added on making your total $170 before gratuity. Again, the travel fee is calculated based on your location.

Here’s the thing, we don’t make you guess what the cost will be! You can either fill out our contact form located on our website, or email us at hello@charmestudio.com to request a quote. When you reach out, please PLEASE for the love of God, do not forget this critical information:

  • The ADDRESS we will be heading to to complete your services

  • The exact SERVICES you want completed

  • If you’ll be wanting GEL or REGULAR POLISH

Now perhaps “for the love of God” sounds a little dramatic, a tad theatrical… but seriously, we can’t get you the answers you need without that information. So, it actually is that serious.

Additionally, please don’t try and book a travel appointment over the phone. If we accidentally take your address down incorrectly when booking the appointment, I could be driving all over town trying to find an incorrect address… and girl, nobody has time for that (believe me, this has happened before)! So please, just fill out our form or shoot us an email.

A few extra notes:

  • Travel services are paid 48 hours in advance via whatever card we have on file (therefore we will call to add a card to book your reservation.)

  • While there’s a minimum of $75 for services in Tacoma, we have a $100 minimum for services outside of Tacoma.

  • We need to know what type of colors you’re interested in us bringing to your appointment so we are properly prepared.

Now after hearing all this, maybe you’re curious about bringing traveling nail services to an event or party? We do those too! Because you wouldn’t know exactly how many guests would participate, we make it easy for you. We charge an hourly rate of $125 for one nail tech, and $100 for each additional nail tech. Whatever nail services an event/party guest wants is included and prepaid.

Phew…. I feel like I just shared a WHOLE lot of information. While traveling appointments take a little more work on our end, we love that we’re able to bring all the same amazing services to you! Email us today to set up your next in-home appointment (or fun corporate event!)
