Lasting Results
When nails are dry, polish adheres better—no swelling, no peeling. Conditioning treatments also penetrate more effectively without excess water, which means healthier skin and longer-lasting manicures and pedicures. You can go longer between appointments without sacrificing results.

Water-soaked skin is softer and more vulnerable to cuts and abrasions. That’s why we skip the soak and focus on gentle, precise care using advanced tools and techniques.

A standard pedicure uses 8–15 gallons of water per service. We use zero.
By going waterless, we conserve thousands of gallons annually and lower our carbon footprint from water treatment processes.

How do you clean your tools?
We sterilize all reusable tools using a medical-grade autoclave, just like a dental office. Tools are cleaned, sealed in sterilization pouches, and autoclaved. They remain sterile until opened at your appointment. Items that can’t be sterilized (like nail files and buffers) discarded after each use.

Do you do Acrylics/Dip Powder?
No. Charme Studio is a natural nails salon. We do not offer acrylic, dip, or any enhancements that compromise nail or respiratory health. Instead, we focus on long-term nail care using strengthening treatments and gel options that support healthy growth and repair.

Do you take walk-ins?
We are by appointment only. If you’re looking for something last minute, feel free to check our online booking system or send us a text. We’ll always try our best to accommodate when possible.
Why can’t I reach anyone by phone?
We’re a small team and don’t have a front desk staff. If we miss your call, please leave a message or send a text. We’ll respond as soon as we’re able. For immediate bookings, you can also book online 24/7.
How do traveling appointments work?
We bring our services to you. Pricing is the same as in-studio, with a travel fee added based on your location. A minimum service charge is required, and all travel appointments must be prepaid by credit card 48 hours in advance. Weekend and after-hours fees may apply.
What kind of polish do you use?
We offer two options:
Dazzle Dry, a non-toxic, quick-drying polish that wears like gel and removes like regular polish
The Gel Bottle, a true 100% gel system (not a hybrid like many brands) that provides long wear and strength while keeping nails healthy
We do not use standard nail polish.
Do you work with seniors, hospice patients, or high-risk clients?
Yes. We specialize in safe, gentle care for seniors, diabetics, those with chronic illness, and high-risk clients. Our services are designed to be low-risk and our tools and techniques are selected with their safety in mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full service amount. This policy helps us support our staff and maintain fair wages.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
To keep our space calm and intimate, we ask that you come alone unless you're booking a group appointment or require assistance for health or mobility reasons.
What if I’m running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or shorten your service, and you will still be responsible for the full cost. We do not extend appointments past their original end time.
