Why waterless?
We believe waterless is the most sanitary way to perform a pedicure. Even if jet tubs are cleaned properly or have liners, bacteria can hide in the filtering system and then make its way back into the tub. It also means we are not using harsh chemicals to sterilize tubs or bowls and we are able to conserve thousands of gallons of water per year. Waterless is better for you and the environment. 

How do you clean your tools?
We use a medical grade autoclave to sterilize all of our implements. Tools are prepackaged before putting them in the autoclave. Thus, the instruments stay sterile until they are opened during your service. All tools that cannot be sterilized, such as your file and buffer, go home with you, or we throw them away. All germaphobes are welcome at Charme! 

Do you do Acrylics?
At Charme, we focus on the health of your nails (and respiratory system) *wink*. Therefore, we do not offer acrylics or artificial nails. We do offer nail strengthening treatments and gel polish to help your nails recover from acrylics and grow longer than you every thought they could! 

Why do I keep reaching your voicemail?
We are a small studio and do not currently have a receptionist. If you reach our voicemail during business hours, please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible! If you would like to make an appointment right now, you can book online anytime by clicking the ‘booking’ tab at the top of this page. Whoo-hoo!

Do you take walk ins? 
Appointments are always encouraged, as we often book up very quickly. We also travel often and are not always in the studio. Want an appointment last minute? Give us a quick call to see if we are available, we would love to have you!

How do traveling appointments work?
We will bring our services to you! Service pricing remains same as in studio, plus mileage calculated at booking. Minimum service charge required for travel. After hours fees may apply.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

We have reserved time specifically for you and kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Multiple services or parties require 48 hours notice.

The full service cost will be charged to a credit card held on file for changes/cancellations made within 24 hours or no-show appointments. 

There are no refunds on services rendered. There is no guarantee on any services. Results vary from client to client.   

Children are only permitted in the studio when having a service. We love children and hope you can understand we do not have the facilities to care for children. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and experience of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
